The idea for this event was that we met in Lindfield with our mobile phones at the ready to capture any aspect of Lindfield that caught our eye. Only mobile phone cameras were allowed in order to level the playing field. Afterwards we each chose two of our photos, and these were put on the website for viewing by all of Sussex Central Trefoil members. All Hive members would then be able to vote for their favourite photograph via a ‘Doodle’ poll.

We were blessed with a bright, sunny morning and Lindfield was looking very picturesque with the Spring foliage and flowers. We started at the pond and worked our way right up the High Street to the church and churchyard, stopping and clicking whenever we thought we saw a good picture! We were stopped by one lady who asked if we were Girl Scouts (I think it was the red and yellow neckers that did it). We explained who we were and that there was a Guild right on her doorstep. Our final stop was the Red Lion for a light lunch and a drink and a quick look at the photos on our phones. It was a very relaxing and friendly morning made all the more special by the perfect weather. See the best of the photos below, and vote for your two favourites.
